About Kelco

Kelco is an Australian manufacturer of precision flow control products, headquartered in Australia. Since our founding in 1976, we have been designing and manufacturing high-quality paddle flow switches, level switches, pressure controllers, and pump control systems for industrial, commercial, and municipal applications.

Kelco in New Zealand

Kelco Products Ltd was established in 2004 to distribute the Kelco range of corrosion resistant level and flow switches in New Zealand and the South Pacific.

We have been associated with the water industry since 1977 and have extensive experience in the dairy equipment industry and the design and installation of pumping systems for reticulation, irrigation and water treatment.

Established in 1974, Kelco Engineering operates three large well equipped factories in Brookvale, Sydney Australia. Our facility consists of a modern toolroom equipped with the latest CNC machinery, for die and mould production. In addition we operate comprehensive manufacturing, including in house injection moulding, assembly, testing and warehousing bays.

All Kelco products are designed, manufactured and tested in house, to meet the exacting standards of our international customers. Most products meet or are approved to internationally accepted standards.

The Kelco range has gained an unparalleled reputation for quality and durability, with many innovative world leading products. The majority of these products have no metal parts in contact with the process fluids. This allows them to used reliably in aggressive liquids such as acids and alkalis, sea water and saline ground water.

What We Do

Our core product lines include paddle flow switches for flow/no-flow detection, level detection systems for tanks and sumps, pressure switches for process control, and integrated pump controllers that protect pumps from dry running and overheating.

Every Kelco product is designed and manufactured in Australia, with a focus on durability, accuracy, and ease of installation. We use high-quality materials including stainless steel, brass, and engineering polymers to ensure compatibility across a wide range of fluids and operating conditions.

Engineering Expertise

With decades of experience in fluid dynamics and instrumentation, our engineering team provides technical support to help customers select the right product for their application. Our online tools, including the Paddle Trimming Calculator, allow engineers to verify product suitability before ordering.
