Introducing the FM Series Heavy Duty Flow Switches

Suitable for the most arduous heavy-duty applications in industry and mining, the new FM series paddle
flow switches are built tough.  The entire switch body is CNC machined from solid aircraft grade
aluminium and 316 stainless steel.  The switch itself is superbly sensitive and it only requires
4 grams of force against its paddle to actuate its magnetically coupled switch.Two switches are
available in the FM range, a general purpose 5 to 500VAC SPDT or a 0 to 30VDC SPDT switch with gold
contacts for low wetting current applications.

Introducing the LM Series Heavy Duty Level Switches

A solid range of industrial and mining grade level switches suitable for tank level control in fully exposed
locations. The entire switch body of the LM level switch is CNC machined from solid aircraft grade aluminium
and 316 stainless steel. The switch itself is magnetically coupled to its float arm meaning there are no seals or
diaphragms to leak or fail within the switch.   Two switches are available in the LM range, a general purpose
5 to 500VAC SPDT or a 0 to 30VDC SPDT switch with gold contacts for low wetting current applications.

Introducing the TWM Series Trailing Wire Flow Switches.

Originally designed for mine dewatering applications the TWM series heavy duty trailing wire flow switches are
widely used in diverse applications ranging from gas fracking to dairy effluent pumping.   The TWM series switches
are built tough.  The entire switch body is CNC machined from solid aircraft grade aluminium and 316 stainless
steel.  The switch itself is superbly sensitive and it only requires 4 grams of force against its wire sensor to actuate
its magnetically coupled switch.  Two switches are available in the TWM range, a general purpose 5 to 500VAC
SPDT or a 0 to 30VDC SPDT switch with gold contacts for low wetting current applications.  The TWM trailing
wire switches are available to suit pipe sizes from 50mm (2”) upwards and can be supplied with a range of flexible
stainless wire sensors to suit specific applications.

Introducing the New D40 Single Point Level Regulator.

The new Kelco D40 Single Point level Regulator is designed for precision level control in any application requiring
single point level monitoring.   For example, for high- or low-level alarms in risers and tanks.  Constructed from
CNC machined aircraft grade aluminium and featuring a seal-less magnetic coupling between its high compliance
switch and its actuating arm, the D40 is built solid for years of reliable service. The D40 overcomes the weaknesses
in traditional level switches by offering a sealed magnetically coupled switch and a float-less displacer rather than
a conventional ball float.  The D40 is available in two forms.  The standard switch, capable of directly controlling
pump motors up to 1.5kW 2HP or a low voltage version that has gold contacts for signalling and low wetting current
applications.

Introducing the New D50 Level Switch.

The new Kelco D50 level switch is a seriously robust piece of precision engineering.  Equally at home in heavy
industrial and mining application, the D50 can also be used for domestic and commercial tank level control.
The D50 overcomes all the weaknesses in traditional level switches and offers a sealed magnetically coupled
switch that can control the starting and stopping of a pump in tanks pits or wells.  The D50 is available in two
forms.  The standard switch, capable of directly controlling pump motors up to 1.5kW 2HP or a low voltage
version that has gold contacts for signalling and low wetting current applications.

Introducing the E30 Mk2 Pressure Switch.

The E30 Mk2 pressure switch evolved from the original E30. Featuring more I/O and multiple operating modes
the new E30 Mk2 can now operate two pumps simultaneously and function as a fully featured pressure based dual
pump controller.  In addition, the E30 Mk2 can operate as a precision loss of prime pressure switch with
anti-nuisance tripping timers and an operating range of 0 to 2000 kPa (0 to 290 psi).  Easy to program and install
the E30 Mk2 is the best pressure control for pumps we have ever produced.

Introducing the F29 Mk2 Time Delay Flow Switch.

Introducing the IPG20 Mk2 Intelligent Pump Guard.

The IPG20 Mk2 Intelligent Pump Guard is a specialist electronic pressure and flow-based pump controller
specifically designed to protect helical rotor and centrifugal pumps from running dry when used in dairy effluent
transfer and spraying applications.  Very simply to install and operate, the IPG20 offers more I/O and features
than the original IPG20.

Description

The P25 inline flow switch is a rugged versatile all position mounting flow actuated switch that can detect the flow of liquids in 15mm (1/2″) to 25mm (1″) diameter pipes. The P25 can be used in larger pipe systems provided the maximum flow does not exceed 100 liters per minute. The switch can detect very low flows, and yet has a low head loss, high flow through rating. It can be used to detect continuous or pulsed flows. The P25 finds a myriad of applications in industrial, rural and domestic pumping systems. It is particularly well suited to pressure pumps due to its ability to detect and switch at extremely low flows. In addition the P25 can be used to protect low yield bore pumps and in tank filling applications. There are no metal parts in contact with liquids such as groundwater, seawater and in acidic and alkali solutions. The P25 flow switch is supplied complete with unions and standard PVC pipe sockets for direct solvent gluing into PVC pipework. The union threads on the P25 are standard parallel BSP form and where required can be used to secure the switch directly into threaded Pipe-work.

    Description

    The MF20 micro flow switch is a super sensitive version of our popular P20 in line flow switch. The MF20 is a very simple and reliable mechanical flow switch that can detect extremely low flows; the switch can detect either continuous or pulsed flows. Typical applications include monitoring chemical metering pumps to ensure they are delivering flow, in water treatment, cooling towers and in a multitude of industrial processes. The MF20 flow switch gives a simple on or off response to liquid flow. There are no metal parts in contact with liquids within the switch, so the MF20 is ideal for use in aggressive media such as acids and alkali’s and many chemical solutions. The standard switch is supplied complete with tube flare fittings, for 3 popular tube sizes, and a set of pipe spigots and unions, for direct fitting into 15NB PVC or ABS pipe work. In addition, a number of electrical options are available. These include electrical modules with single and multiple reed switches, relays with various coil voltages, and solid-state switches.
